Good point, and I agree that most people don’t go there at all, or struggle when they do.
At the same time, however, I believe that we all have the capacity for that kind of awareness and, even more, I believe that is a natural and necessary state for us.
My vision, and a primary purpose for One You, is to discover ways to help people get back to that state more easily.
